Are your products truly natural?
Absolutely! We handcraft all of our products with honesty and integrity, using pure and natural raw ingredients found in nature. We use no synthetics, preservatives, artificial colors or perfumes in anything we produce, therefore all of our products are safe for anyone to use. Our Everywhere Skincare line is completely safe to use everywhere on your body.
Where are your products made?
Our studio is located in Castlegar, British Columbia, Canada, in the beautiful Kootenays.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Due to our products being all natural and free of preservatives, they have an expected shelf life of 9-12 months. They are best kept in a cool dry setting in order to protect their integrity. Unopened and unused products stored properly may last longer.

Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we do ship to other countries. Please note that international orders need to pass thru customs and may take up to 4 weeks to reach their destination. Parcels held at customs may be subject for review and revised customs charges may occur. Luli Botanicals is not responsible for custom charges that may occur, nor can we provide a refund or exchange if you decide to forgo those charges.
When can I expect my order?
Please allow up to 5 business days in Canada and 5-8 business days in the USA to receive your order. International orders may take up to 4 weeks (please see FAQ above). Our products are handcrafted in our studio and are not mass produced and therefore shipped as soon as they are made, labelled and packaged. Please let us know if you require an item by a certain date and we will try our best to accommodate your special request.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Do to our the nature of our personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We stand proudly behind our products and ask that you contact us should you have any questions or concerns about your order at lulibotanicals@gmail.com
Should your products arrive damaged or defective in any way please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can provide a replacement.
Why is the texture of my product softer than expected?
Our products are made with pure oils, butters and other natural ingredients which make them sensitive to temperature changes. If your item is too soft just pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes. If it got really cold and too firm, just bring it to room temperature to soften or melt between hands before applying. The quality and integrity of the skin loving ingredients it's made with doesn't change a bit!
